Welcome to the wondrous world of Tunezies group classes, where every session is a musical adventure and the joy of music comes alive for your little ones!
Currently serving the Detroit and Metro Detroit area: Sing, Move, Groove, and Play Together!
Our group classes are all about creating a fun and interactive musical journey for children and their caregivers. Featuring an original curriculum carefully crafted by singer, composer, and music educator, Jesse Palter, these sessions are designed to foster an understanding of music fundamentals, creativity, confidence, and social-emotional growth through the power of music and creative exploration.
What We Offer:
Music Fundamentals: Children explore early music theory concepts such as rhythm and beat, melody and harmony, pitch, tempo, dynamics, ear training, listening skills, creative expression, and coordination through playful songs and exercises.
Instrument Exploration: Children get hands-on experience with various instruments, sparking curiosity, instrument familiarity, and excitement through our hand-curated Tunezies music kit.
Movement and Dance: Integrating movement helps children develop motor skills and understand the connection between music and physical expression.
Sing-Alongs: Group sing-alongs featuring Jesse’s original curriculum and beyond.
Social-Emotional Learning: Our curriculum emphasizes emotions, empathy, and cooperation, helping children develop crucial social-emotional skills.
Nature Integration: Outdoor classes utilize natural elements to encourage environmental awareness and a curiosity for music all around us.

Where We Meet
While we don't have a brick-and-mortar location, our classes are available most days of the week across Metro Detroit and beyond. We love to make the most of beautiful weather by holding classes in public parks. When it's a bit too chilly, you can find us in private homes, local venues, and businesses.
Ready to make some music? Complete the registration form to be placed in an existing pod. If you have your own group of 10 kiddos or more, we can create a new pod to fit your needs. We're always excited to bring the joy of music to new places!
