PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND IS LEGALLY BINDING. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE RELEASING TUNEZIES FROM ALL LIABILITY AND FOREVER GIVING UP ANY CLAIMS THEREFOR. Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement By registering for and participating in Tunezies music classes, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that participation in Tunezies music classes, whether held indoors, outdoors, or at any designated location, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, allergic reactions, communicable diseases (such as COVID-19), or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation, including risks arising from the acts or omissions of other participants, staff, or third parties. 2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our respective heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tunezies, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, venue partners, affiliates, and any other associated parties (collectively, "the Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my child’s participation in Tunezies classes, regardless of whether the alleged harm or damage was caused by negligence, misconduct, or any other reason. This waiver includes but is not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, and wrongful death. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my child's participation in Tunezies classes, whether at a designated venue, private home, park, or any other location. 4. Medical Consent: In the event of a medical emergency, I hereby consent to any necessary medical treatment for my child while participating in Tunezies music classes. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment and related expenses incurred. 5.Photo/Video Release: I consent to the use of photographs and/or video recordings taken during Tunezies music classes for promotional, educational, or any other purposes deemed appropriate by Tunezies. I understand that these materials will become the property of Tunezies and may be used without further consent or compensation. 6. Agreement to Policies: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Tunezies. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of my child's participation in the music classes without refund. 7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Tunezies operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME. I INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

Acknowledgment of Cancellation Policy No Makeups: We do not offer makeup sessions for missed classes. Our class sizes and schedules are thoughtfully set in advance to maintain a high-quality program for everyone. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Transfers: All purchases are final. Once registration and payment are complete, classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
